The fitness center and sauna are closed every second Wednesday of the month. Guests with specific allergies are kindly requested to inform Ananti Gangnam in advance. The Cabin U room offers access to Happy Hour. Please note that alcoholic beverages are served during Happy Hour, so adults are allowed. Children are permitted to enter when accompanied by an adult. Happy Hour operating hours are: 1st session: 17:30 - 19:00 2nd session: 19:30 - 21:00 You may inquire about availability on the day of check-in. Please be advised that the sauna will be closed for maintenance from February 1 through February 13, 2026. Please note that the outdoor pool will be open from April 1 to June 30, daily from 15:00 to 19:30.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Excellent location in the heart of Gangam, specious room, Mindy at the reception gave us an early check in, very clean room, the food is good.

We couldn't control the temperature in the room only from the reception! So one day its super HOT and one day is super cold !! No hanger for robes in restroom,

Clean and nice Amazing interior design of the hotel.

We booked the lounge access room. That means I pay a lot more for the room. This is the first time I book a room with lounge access that I canโ€™t use it for breakfast and evening. We had to choose one or the other for each day. And I have to pay for coffee or tea on Lounge access hours. I pay $9 for a long black No much option for drinks and food at the lounge and time are not flexible and very short.. And why do we need to pay for toothbrush and toothpaste.
