We chose this hotel because we liked its style and design in the photos. However, upon arrival, the two men working at reception weren't very friendly. The one who checked us in was quite stiff and gave dry answers to our questions. He didn’t tell us anything about the hotel—he just asked for my card without explanation and told us to come back at 3:00 PM for the keys. As for the room, the windows were very dirty, as were all the glass panels on the terrace. It's fine for a one-night stay, but we won't be returning to this hotel.

Facilities

Lobby is gets so busy a queue starts forming, lots of luggage around, felt like an airport than a luxury hotel for the price.

I loved the design of the hotel and all the hotel spaces like the gym, pool, and cafe. The neighborhood was very nice and was close to bus stops and subway stations. The hotel staff was very friendly and always answered any questions I had.

I think the laundry service could be slightly better. You have to drop it off in the lobby and pick it up in the lobby which is a little out of the way.
