Casa Coral

We stayed in room 311 and it was very clean, open and inviting with a charming rustic feel. The area the house is in is very nice and walkable. There were other reviews that complained about loud ambient noise and we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We thought parking would be an issues since there isn't anywhere designated, but finding a spot close by wasn't an issue at all and the whole area felt safe enough to park comfortably. Communication with the property manager was very quick and respectful. Overall, this was a very positive experience and would definitively recommend this location for a stay if someone I knew were looking for a place to stay in Coral Gables.

Check-in was easy, and the building was beautiful with a cute patio in a lovely neighborhood. The bed was comfy, everything was very clean, and laundry was available. The staff was responsive and answered my questions quickly.

WIFI wasn't really working properly. I booked a room with a balcony, but they gave it to someone else. My room was still nice, so I can't complain too much.

We liked the bed, the bathroom, the kitchen counter. We liked the rustic ceiling

No cable TV. Poor lighting. We complained about this to the host. Also, tenants should be warned that parking in front of the property over night is prohibited. We got a ticket over $48. May be it should be mentioned that the apartment is upstairs. The steep stairs are difficult of old people

Wonderful location, clean and overall a great stay! I stay here quite frequently and always have a brilliant experience.

The location of the property was very good, 2-3 min drive to many nice restaurants. It was a very quiet neighbourhood. There was always parking available on the street around the corner.

You could hear every step of your upstairs neighbour. There is no sound proof at all. It woke us many times during the night. The wardrobe/hanger was inside the bathroom so not ideal as it is the most humid place. I can't say it was spotless clean, could be better.

Close to everything

The room we stayed at was not the nicest compared to their other rooms we stayed in 311 and it smelled like mold or humid . Very poor lighting.
