Location and the history of the house. Also the windows and the view.

The location is very close to little Havana.

We live in room 309 which means 98% of the pictures for casa coral is none of our business. We are not going to live in the house. But a small room behind the house which looks like a scam. Only 1.2 ounces shampoo conditioner and shower gel for 9 nights. No normal size towel only one mini size and three bath towels. No normal Kleenex in the room, only two rolls of toilet papers and one kitchen paper which is not enough and they declined to supply extras. The bed is always humid, when we are back to the room and lie on a humid bed…. That feels awful. We tried to use the laundry and both the washing machine and dryer are full of dried towels and wet sheets for bed for two or three days. Need to use their special link to check in and check out, meanwhile booking send me a message to warn me to do not click the link… Need to clean all the trash by yourself. We cannot flush with the Kleenex what we bought which means that since you finish your job in the toilet you need to throw the dirty paper into your rubbish bin and that sucks too.

Location was excellent and room was cozy and clean.

The Footsteps of those in the upstairs room was too loud. Smelly Garbage bins on the exact pathway to the rooms, should be relocated in my view. Area at back to get to the room is also narrow and tight to pass through.

Everything was so well-organized and the owner was super friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the info brochure on the table with all the details in one place, like restaurant recommendations, the history of the property, parking info, and more. The place was also super clean and cozy.

It would’ve been great if there was parking right in front of the property, but I didn’t mind because I could easily find parking nearby (and I had a big pickup truck).

Close to Miami Airport. Fast easy drive. Uber/Lyft services fast. Food store close by.

Location and was very quiet.

Main thing that surprised me was how roomy it was and how the bedroom was separated so it felt more like an apartment than a studio. It felt like home because of the decor and it was the little things that really made it special like the sealed packages of kitchen and bathroom products, the unique bathroom sink style, the modern shower fixtures and lighting and how everything looked brand new! (considering it's a 100 year old house). The patio with fan, table and wicker couch with cushions was a nice touch too. It even had a real functioning fireplace! (though I'm not sure if it's allowed to be used and it wasn't cold) This place was also well equipped with kitchenware and other useful things to use during the stay, just like a real home. The surrounding location was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely live in a place like this if I could.

I can't think of much I didn't like except maybe the trash can provided was too small but that's about it.

The location is great, the apartment is quiet with a nice decoration and comfy bed and sofa and huge tv. The little kitchen is perfect for a few days and the bathroom area is clean and spacious.

Moldy smell during my whole stay in all the areas and a huge leak in the bathroom. They were aware because when I arrived the bathroom trash was placed in the middle of the bathroom where the leak was.

Big spacious rooms, very looked after and clean furniture and helpful staff who were very responsive/accomodating.

If I was to be very picky - a couple more kitchen utensils and essentials would have helped (some cooking oil / laundry detergent / etc)
