Really wonderful friendly service with a gorgeous spacious room overlooking the fabulous gardens and long swimming pool. Excellent food and drinks and the best massages that we’ve had on this trip. So peaceful and refreshing while being close enough to visit the Imperial Palace, Tombs and local sites.

Wow, where to start for this hotel. The staff are excellent and provided a warm welcome, running through the various tours they offer and the facilities of the hotel. While the hotel is located a 20-25 minute drive from Hue centre, they offer a free shuttle to and/or from the centre at 10am (returning at 1030am), and 6pm (returning at 630pm). If you miss this, the Cabs to and from town via Grab are only about £4 each way. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean, and offer great shower and strong wi fi suitable for video calls. The TV in the room have a Netflix account logged in so you don't have to sign in on your own account. The pool is stunning and our recommendation is to use this in the morning as it can get shady after 330-4pm. We ate three times in the restaurant at dinner or lunch and each time the food was hot, and good. The breakfast is very good aswell and the restaurant provide a list of local and city based restaurants on check in. We had massages with Trinh and it was also fantastic. The housekeeping were fantastic and the best we've ever had in a hotel. If we went for breakfast, we'd return with the bed made and fresh towels. This hotel prides itself on customer service and this is one of our favourite hotels we've stayed in, certainly our best so far in Vietnam. Property set in a quiet location, surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden. Great to set base and then explore Hue and surroundings. Great breakfast and restaurant menu offers an elevated Vietnamese cuisine.

The pictures online show one specific room layout, however the same room category has multiple layouts. This caused a bit of disappointment upon arrival, but this was promptly solved by the staff by changing our room the following day to the layout of our liking. Spa onsite is convenient, but overpriced, especially for the services offered. Some of the treatments offered are better availed of outside the property at a much better price and quality (e.g. foot massage). The restaurant is a nice change as it offers raffinate cuisine, but prices are a bit high.

Beautiful location, calm and serene. Lovely grounds. Wonderful service, very accommodating and helpful, but in a subdued way. Great Spa too. Excellent kitchen. Well appointed room. Really could not have better. Well worth a stay if in the area.

To have an enormous bath in a huge bedroom is the pinnacle of superb luxury. It was my birthday during my stay and the hotel produced a beautiful mousse cake waiting for me when I arrived. Such a welcoming thing to do. The provision of a yoga teacher was also a lovely touch. Had an amazing stay, next time would book for longer.

This is our best stay in Vietnam to date. The staff were absolutely impeccable in their care and attention. The rooms are large and exceptionally well equipped down to sewing kits. A nice touch was the issue of a novel with a personal note and recommendation. The gardens are to die for

Beautiful hotel right outside the city with gorgeous and spacious rooms. The outside is beautiful green with a pond, a 25 meter swimming pool and a nice outside dining area. We loved the peace and quiet as well as the extremely friendly and kind staff. Great breakfast and lots of fun and interesting activities. We for example did our own rice paper. An extra tip is to visit another local restaurant nearby, Banh ep chi, which serves devine savory Vietnamese pancakes.

Namia is an amazing place. So beautifully created right by the river. Our villa has a private salt water pool. We were in it a lot. We enjoyed the wellness center and our daily 90 minutes spa treatment. The breakfast is divine. We are fortunate to be here as my partner had a bad reaction to the food at the previous hotel. He was miserably sick. The hotel sent their nurse in residence immediately upon our checking in to give him treatment and medicine. By the time we checked out, he was fully recovered after 2 days of care by the nurse. I can’t be more grateful to the nurse who kept checking on him and healed him. We love beautiful interior designs, the calm and elegant energy, and the very happy staff we met everywhere. We will recommend it to all our friends!

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på detta stilfulla hotel. Vi bokade en natt men stannade fyra. Beläget strax utanför stan är det en grön oas där man hör fåglarna sjunga. Stora rum med genomtänkta detaljer, vackert badrum med härligt badkar. Poolen på 25 meter var otrolig och omgivningen så vacker. Service och all personal är både trevliga, kunniga och nyfikna på sina gäster vilket var roligt och vi fick prata och träffa många i det härliga teamet. Bra mat i restaurangen och missa inte alla aktiviteter hotellet erbjuder som att göra sitt egna rispapper och cyckla i omgivningen. Extra tipps också på en restaurang som ligger ca 8 minuter gång från restaurangen som serverade de godaste ”pannkakorna” av tapioka, ägg och kött med grönt och magiska såser, Banh ep chi phuonh.
