Staff was extremely courteous

Guide maps to old town weren’t there. The property is a little off from old town so it’ll be nice to have some info in English on how to get to old town

Hospitality and service exceed expectations.

Было бы неплохо расширить концепцию завтрака

The hotel staff are fluent in English, easy to communicate with, and friendly. During our stay, we requested bottled water several times, and they always brought it quickly! They also offered thoughtful touches, like a gift as a drink/wine and dessert at the restaurant, and leaving chocolates after room cleaning the next day. The hotel lobby is cozy, with seating, welcome nuts, and lemonade, a great place to relax whenever we returned to the hotel. There's a free sauna and a paid massage on the first floor, at reasonable prices. 飯店的員工英文流利好溝通、友善，我們留宿期間有多次要求瓶裝水，他們總是快速送過來！並且還會有一些貼心的舉動，比如可去餐廳兌換一份飲料/酒和甜點，第二天room cleaning後留下巧克力等。 飯店的大廳很華美，有休憩座位、迎賓堅果與檸檬水，每次回飯店可以在此休息。一樓有免費的Sauna與付費的massage ，價格尚可。

It's a bit far from downtown Bukhara, about a 15-minute walk, but it's easy to call a Yandex cab from in front of the hotel. 離布哈拉市中心有點遠，要走15分鐘，不過飯店門口叫Yandex很方便。

Отличный отель! Все на очень высоком уровне! Красивый отель, в восточном стиле, с внутренним двором. Интерьер номера тоже стильный. В номерах тепло. Есть все необходимое в номере: халаты, тапочки, чайник, кофе-машина. Расположение близко к центру, можно быстро дойти. Ресторан неплохой, с видом на город. Завтраки разнообразные, обслуживают быстро.

Минусов не заметили

I lost my cell phone and the staff were able to call the tourist police who came to the hotel along with the taxi driver with whom I left the phone. This occurred within 1 hour after the call. Superb! Everybody was a delight at the facility and I have NO COMPLAINTS! THANK YOU!
