The facility is located in a strategic location and beautifully designed. The breakfast and the dinner were delicious and varied. The water in the private swimming pool was warm and we were able to enjoy swimming in the winter. The view is incredible.

I had a bad check in experience. Not all villas have a nice view. Avoid villa B10 and V5. The pictures in booking is not the same. We didn’t get the villa we booked for and we stayed in a villa in lower category. We felt the hotel is catering more towards Turkish guests and not International tourist. We booked a premium suite with garden and what they offered me during check in does did not have any garden and instead is worse than a lower suite. Avoid villa no. B10 as its not well situated in the hotel. We then shifted to Royal Villa no. v5 which also did not have a view. We also found dirty towels in Royal Villa - V5. The WhatsApp response time is also slow.

Everything in this property is perfect. From the first step till checkout. The staff is so nice ,professional and always ready to help. We stayed in the garden villa which has it’s own private pool. The villa is so nice. Everything in it was clean and it includes anything you might need. The views from the villa are wonderful. We had the half-board option and thanks god for that. The food in the restaurant is so tasty and every time a new dish with different options to choose from. The staff working in this hotel from the reception to the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. For sure we will come back to alya kartepe.

Très beau concept je reviendrai c’est assuré ! Gulay et Ubeydullah ont été au petit soin ainsi que tout le reste du personnel ! Disponible toute la journée et très rapidement pour quoi que ce soit. Piscine sans vis à vis. Je recommande ce lieu les yeux fermés.
