Cleanliness, spacious, food, staff were all friendly and smiling. Special thanks to Gülay Abdallah for being very friendly to us, and the communication with her was so great and interesting. Food was delicious, and the staff generously delivered the food to us at the Villa with wide smiles on the faces. Staff at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful

The environment is very good New ,clean and good place to stay There is outdoor restaurant serve breakfast and lunch There is also a playground for kids and some animals.

The Bed room AC was broken ,it need to be fixed But I didn't need it We let the downstair one working and it solve the problem

- Heated swimming pool (bigger than expected) - Overall well equipped chalet (Kitchenette + 3 AC split units + towels + slippers + fridge) - Very Fridley and helpful staff - Nice place inside the hotel where can have a little walk

- Breakfast was good but limited (set menu) - Swimming pool has a constant depth of 1.5 meter (May not suite minors) - A lot of Insects specially villas facing the mountains - No closets only few open shelfs and hanger - Overpriced

"AC should be checked by the property before giving it to the customers in all the rooooommmms"

We had a fight with the commodity manager , one of the rooms AC wasn’t working so they came next day to fix it but it didnt work they had to do some changes,at night the other 2 rooms in the ground floor the AC kept disconnecting and stopped cooling at alllll And the remote of the AC for all rooms kept giving low battery and some didnt work we had to use the other one The manager was sooo rode to us and we told him you should talk in a good way we will complain it he didnt even care, he said i dont care make complain in booking ,
