Beautiful property and very comfortable beds made for a wonderful night sleep!

The property is a little bit out of town. We had a slight issue with staff entering our room in the morning. Marley, our concierge, was wonderful in responding and correcting the issue. Her customer service was exceptional. I would definitely stay again because of how she handled things. Good customer service is hard to come by these days and she went above and beyond and had excellent communication skills!

My daughter and I stayed for a birthday trip. It was such a beautiful place. Someone kept in touch before, during and after our stay. I never felt like I was "out of the loop". Be prepared to walk about a mile to downtown. It is a nice, safe walk though. I would definitely recommend the Coach House!

Our stay at The Coach House was absolutely perfect. We planned a trip to Salem for our anniversary and Marley, our concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will absolutely be back, highly recommend!

Feeling like we were home, nice room, plenty of towels, short Uber/Lyft ride to downtown/attractions/ bay. Loved the battery operated candles in the real fireplace: cozy.
