Housinn co-living Fatima en Medellín

Only the TV didn't work.

It was a very nice modern apartment with a balcony on the street side. Clean, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is no air conditioning but each room has a fan. This was fine because of the cool weather. A well-equipped kitchen with fridge and washing machine. There is a small rack to dry your clothes. Very centrally located. The security of the apartment was great. A quiet neighborhood in itself. In the evening you are a bit bothered by the traffic and the bar. We arrived earlier than check in but were able to leave our suitcases. That was very nice. The Medellin Occidente Clinic is a 3-minute walk away.

The only thing that was not pleasant is that there was no cleaning in between. We stayed for 13 days and had to use the same towels and bedding. After the first week the bath gel ran out and was not refilled, but we bought it ourselves.

- Modern appartment in the Belen neighbourhood. You are 10 minutes away from el Poblado with a taxi. - free indoor parking for a car or a motorcycle- - access to the property is fully digitalized - one of the rooms has air conditioning

- the beer cafe next to the property plays loud music till the late hours. - not much restaurants or cafes in the area. You have to walk to the Unicentro shopping mall to find something to eat. - House cleaning is an extra that you have to pay for.

Nice decoration, very clean apartment with a great roof!

The place was good for me. The privacy, communication and service is there if needed. This place and area offer the true sounds of colombia. This will be my go to place whenever i am in the country.

The spot was great...no headache to check-in and out. One of the best spots in Medellin

I would add more towels but other than that...It was perfect
