Housinn co-living Fatima en Medellín

The apartment has all amenities and even more. Once you enter you feel at home- it is amazingly decorated and furnished, I love it! Our host was awesome- always responsive within 1h, very friendly and helpful and with excellent english (believe me in Colombia this is a huge challenge, so I appreciated it very much). There is a rooftop for co-sharing with great views of the city. It has everything for relax, coffee, beer or just sunbaths. Overall it is amazing value for moneya place to stay.

The only thing which I found to be a challenge is the night parties and loud music coming from the nearby bar- I hope that community services and police will take care to help residents and guests to have quiet nights.

the apartments are comfortable and well equipped although we had to ask for more towels as they were not provided for each guest.

it was all good except for the noise of the next door bar.

Property is beautiful, rooftop has really nice view. It’s located on edge of calm residential neighbourhood and industrial area.

Not fault of the people running the property but street gets very noisy in the morning due to traffic and there is alcohol store on corner playing music until 2am on weekends. Windows do not insulate against sound and our apartment did not had ventilation / AC

the security and apartment complex were amazing! Modern, hightech and very clean and comfortable!

After I received my receipt, I didn't realize I was going to also receive another email with access instructions. I was unaware that debit cards were not accepted. Yet I was sent and printed a receipt. The debit card should have been rejected online so I could have paid by other means and not been rejected at the door after arrival. It was worked out after 2 hours and the rest of my visit was phenomenal. Location was extremely noisy and not picturesque.

The apartments are super cosy and well equiped. The owner is very responsive and helpful. The access to apartments is super easy and you don't need to meet anyone for check in.

The noise is a problem, especially for the rooms that face the street. There is non stop traffic and also noise from a bar that is close to the building. It's hard to get a good sleep there, you need ear plugs.

Safety and cleanliness

It was hot at night and they only had one fan for two rooms.
