Chanticleer Inn

We have stayed at this property several times. It is a rustic, cabin-like setting, so the rooms are not high-end. This particular room had some odd layout quirks, but it was comfortable enough. The jets on the tub no longer work, so suggest the tub/shower needs replacing. We shared the room with a few spiders but they didn't eat much and obliged when we showed them the door.

Exceeded expectations. Wonderful amenities and picturesque views. Private beach on Dollar lake a bonus.

The playground was very convenient for our daughter to play on. It wasn’t in the best shape, but she did like it. I also liked that they accepted dogs. Room was clean. Way overpriced for the space that we actually got. Overall, it was nice for a 2 night stay.

The staff were welcoming and happy to see us! The room was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed sitting on our deck and watch the boats go by.

Phenomenal place to stay! Right on the water. Newly renovated rooms. The best staff in the northwoods! Fire pits down by the water. Beer garden. Restaurant has great food! Highly recommend. Also has a private beach for the kids. Never too busy either.

Wonderful quaint inn. Grat views of the lake front, cute small restaurant and bar on site.

We has a great stay! Loved our room. Very clean and spacious.The bed was so comfortable! There have been many updates since we were there last year.

Immaculate room with a beautiful view and great facilities, definitely deserves more than it's 2-star rating.

Quintessential up north experience.

Beautiful location. Nice rooms. Group of young partiers near creating lots of noise, but once in room can’t hear them.
