Chanticleer Inn

My musky fishing group rents here every year, Fantastic larger upper hotel style rooms with kitchenettes. Docks are great and close by. Bar, food, everything one would need within walking distance. They always work with me on check in and check out times as well. I wish I could give them six stars.

This resort is stunning. Get transported back in time (but like in a good way) days were simpler, slower and kindness was easier to find. Friendliness trickles down from management, to staff, to guests. However anyone wants to take this, but being a mixed race couple we have mixed reviews for northern Wisconsin businesses. This resort took our wariness and through it out the door and welcomed us completely. We felt at home. Rooms were more rustic (not like super rustic, the toilets inside big babies, beds comfy and the view serene. We will be back. If you’ve never gone before? Just do it. You won’t regret it.

Room was clean, bed was ok, not real comfortable. Shower and bathroom were extremely small, no hooks to hang anything or place to put stuff on.

Really clean, quiet, well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Check in was so easy. We were sent a code for the door which made it so simple. There is a bar and restaurant on the property which I would recommend.

Property itself was dated, but our room is beautiful! We have our own personal deck overlooking the private lake. I would love to stay here again!

The setting, staff, room and dinner were wonderful.
