1. Kitchen tap was broken 2. we had to find our own towels 3. hot water in shower was hard to control 4. elevator down so very difficult to return Fob when leaving, son ran up and then down 27 floors. 5. no ice cube tray but there was last time

Good- conveniently located with parking, video helps explain parking, little balcony, nice newer little apartment swept and tidy Bad- multi step online check in, excessive late check in fee, really a 1 bedroom apartment with converted office area, dirty dishes in cabinet, sheets probably not changed (smelled of cologne), TV did not work, excessive mold in shower, only one roll of TP Would not rent again. Online check in is a pain and cleaning was superficial. This apartment is really not meant for short term rental. As a visitor, be aware, you create an inconvenience for the long term tenants.

Very convenient location in downtown Toronto to access the entertainment district on foot. The property is very nice with some great views of the area high up. Check-in was a little bit vague as it was self check-in but nothing too troublesome. My only complaint would be the unit I ended up in has some severe water damage in the master bedroom around the window to the balcony, likely from water leaking in through there. It is causing a mold/mildew smell in the room making it unpleasant to sleep in there. Otherwise it has been a decent experience overall for a one night stay to see a concert.

It is beautiful place.

Property was great, only issue was the booking system sending multiple requests. In the end a human helped out via text and we solved the issue.

Beautiful location with a view of Humber Bay Property managers were easily accesible and responded promptly The check in process was lengthier than I antocipated so definately submit your precheck-in at least and hour before youre anticipating to stay there and read though the check in instructions Will definitely stay again

Fantastic location. Beautiful room. Only negative thing I can say is the elevator situation was not ideal but that is not on the renters that was just the nature of the beast being such a large building. Overall I would HIGHLY recommend!

Property was horrible and should not be liveable at all. Booked a Grand Suite but received an apartment worst then a motel. 1) bathroom towel rack and sink handle broken when trying to use 2) master bedroom - broken curtain blinds 3) bathrooms didn't flushed well 4) warm/cold water in 1st bathroom reverse to temp settings; bathrooms unkempt 5) battery for TV remote dead so unable to watch TV God forbid....linens were probably not changed or washed... Sent a message to management about problems and didn't even get a reply at all even till now. Thank God it was one night and we spent it outside of the apartment!! Disgusting and very very disappointing. You guys should be ashamed of yourself!!! Advertising is a total fake!

My family stayed here for 3 nights. It was overall pretty good, but I do have some concerns about our stay and some suggestions for improvement. I don't want to convey complete negativity, but I definitely thought some things could have been better. First, the apartment wasn't prepared well for 6 people to stay. We only had 4 towels and there were not enough bed linens. We did appreciate the nice air mattress (my son said it was comfortable), but there was nothing for him to use for linens or a blanket to sleep with and no pillowcases for the extra pillows. Also lacking were dish towels for the kitchen and washcloths to use in the shower. The shower didn't spray very well (half of the water flowed out of the bath spout when the showerhead was engaged). We also saw some creepy crawlies (silverfish?) in the kitchen and bathroom. Maybe some insect treatment could work? Overall, we loved the location and enjoyed being downtown. There are tons of amazing things right outside the door. We walked to CN Tower, a baseball game and the Hockey Hall of Fame. Because of all this, we even had a good attitude about waiting in long lines for the elevator, since we realized everyone in the building was in the same boat. Overall we had a blast, but I highly recommend making some improvements with some simple amenities with this unit for continued success with renting it out, because it could really be amazing. You really couldn't ask for a better location for city fun.
