Waterfront Boutique Suites

Good location near the ballpark, which was our destination.

Property was right in the middle of cne and rogers center. Made everything a walk away if parking was gonna be too much of a hassle for what your doing. We were provide safe and secure parking for our pickup truck via underground and gated garage. The same for our smaller vehicle used for commuting.

Super straight forward check in and check. Lovely place quite area.

The property was dirty, and the location didn't match what was advertised on the Expedia website. The management and host didn't cooperate, which was a terrible overall experience. I filed a complaint with Expedia, and the issue has not been resolved. SR ID 6779410

place was nice. there was no wifi and poor communication with the hosts. check in gave us a hard time as we received the wrong instructions 3 times. and just little issues like no wifi were annoying. otherwise, really spacious, good location and nice spot

Terrible.. garbage left.. ants in bathroom.. coffee too had mould in it. Confusion on where the key was.. when to the place we had booked spent over an hour was not the right place finally got another place about 15 minutes away. We were walking. Was not that close to tigers Centre…was ver upset about the confusion on where we were staying lots of wasted time on our short holiday. Not sure I’ll rebook with Expedia Diane Lachapelle

The apartment had a horrible odor

The location of this property is really great! There are many units in these buildings that function as airbnbs and the check in process is self driven, but the instructions vary slightly for different properties and the emails have conflicting information (e.g., where to find the key, do you have a key, a fob, or both, if the unit should be left locked or unlocked, the parking location and spot). So, give yourself time for the check in process and be patient. There is an office that can help you as long as you arrive before they close, so try your best to check in during business hours. Overall, we had a nice stay and got to experience the city.

Loved that it was 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and it had a great view. However, it was not clean, the carpets were really dirty and the furniture was broken and/or really uncomfortable in the living area.

It was a great experience which I had with my family. Looking forward to calling again
