In order to secure reservation, asked for $450 hold on credit card, and an ONLINE PHOTO of credit card and Driver’s License. Found this SUPER SHADY and would’ve cancelled as soon as they asked for this but the reservation was “non-refundable” and they would not give my money back. Got to property, picked up keys, parking spot full, were given new one on other level after walking back to key pickup location to get help. Room had broken screen, broken closet door, walls full of marks. Garbage in en-suite bathroom, and towels looked like they had been rented from a prison laundry. Carpet in hallways and unit were filthy and flooring was cracked/lifting in places. The best part came when we tried to leave and found out that our key fob would not allow us access to the parking spot they gave us for the car so we had to “bother security”-something they advised us not to do in the checkin instructions-to get access to our own car. Location was convenient-with water view and park nearby-as well as amazing brunch restaurant, “The Morning After” literally outside the front lobby; however, there is no polishing this turd. I will be watching my credit card carefully to ensure these people return the deposit, as I have read in review that they’re slow in doing so. Took pics of whole unit when I entered as I don’t want the shabby conditions to be blamed on me. Steer clear.

After booking with Expedia I was told to send $450 as a damage deposit. Called Expedia & they said don't pay it. Expedia was awesome. The owner or those representing them was a horrinle experience. Never again

Great location, beautiful view and spacious. The only negative comments I have are that the couch was worn out and needs replacing and there were no dish towels in the kitchen.

Place was perfect for our stay. Easy check in and clean.

The unit lacked basic products such as face cloths, paper towels, tea towels.

The view of the water was stunning, it was very handy having parking included, and we loved the brunch place downstairs - very convenient. It was also great to have a playground across the road for our kids. There was some confusion about the check in process, but the owner did respond right away, so that made it ok. Overall, though, I would say that for the price, I expected a bit more. We were each provided one towel but no face cloth, and although the towels had been laundered, they were smelly, and I couldn't find any extra ones. Also, it would have been a nice touch to have coffee and tea provided in the kitchen. Also, and this is not under the host's control, but there can be long waits for the elevator, and you can't take stairs because it's on a very high floor. So it was a nice stay, but overall, I think compared to other places I have rented (I also used to host a short term rental), I would say that I would have expected a little more for the price.

It was a terrible experience. Property owner's changed our reservation the morning of because of a water leak then requested 200$ more for another Property, which I said no, then we waiting outside the second Property for 40 mins waiting for a key, we received a call stating we couldn't have that Property around 630, stating it wasn't clean with zero help or another place to stay. I had to deal directly with Wilma and Mark, had to give them my information to secure the room, a deposit of 450$ incase of damages. I received my deposit from Expedia but still waiting for my deposit from Wilma and Mark. Im sorry I gave them any of my information and that was my first time dealing with Property owners and definitely the last.

Broker screen doors, stinky fridge. Very inconvenient

We rented the panoramic townhome, it was lovely! It’s 2 floors right on street level which was great! 3 full bathrooms, 2 queen beds, 4 double beds, living room upstairs and a kitchen on the main floor. It had everything we needed. Keep in mind this is not a hotel, it’s an air b&b so the check in process is different. The parking was a little annoying, our spot was taken so we parked in the spot beside the one we were assigned and got a ticket so don’t do that but other than that it was a lovely stay and the townhome was great for our family, we would absolutely stay again!
