Spacious apartment, nice furniture, good location - near to Westend city center. Getting in was easy, we found the keys in the locker next to the door and got into the apartment building using a code. We received all the instructions how to get in around noon on the day of our arrival. The apartment also offers a baby crib upon request, that was very appreciated.

The bathroom and the toilette were not that clean, far from spotless. The kitchen was not really well equipped, no sugar and salt, although we did receive some coffee cups.

Very clean and cozy . All you need for a city-break . Totally recomand .

The property was not clearly signposted so it was difficult to establish which building the apartment was in. There are two Westside apartments next to each other and is not clear which the room was in. There is no check in desk and check in was via an email instruction which could have been clearer. The apartment itself was mostly modern other than the bedroom which looked dated. The bed was hard and not comfortable and the cleanliness of the bed wasn’t the best. The bathroom was modern and clean but despite there being a bath, there was no bath plug so couldn’t have a bath. The apartment had a few amenities provided such as a toilet roll and 1 dishwasher tablet and a sponge. However the amount provided wasn’t enough for our 5 day stay. The sponge in the kitchen wasn’t new/clean so we did buy our own. When we were able to check in, we called the apartment owners and there was no answer, making check in difficult. The location wasn’t central but was only a 25 minute walk to the centre or the train station. Not many local bars or shops but there is a Lidl within 10 minutes Overall the apartment was okay for a place to stay but expect a lot of travelling and walking to the centre, and to purchase your own toilet paper and cleaning products. On a good note it is only about 20 minute walk to the thermal baths.

Perfect location, there is always a free parking space(need to pay approx 1 euro per hour) infront of the building. Apartment is ok, not new but nice and clean. Managers answer messages 3-4 hours, but you can call if urgently, they are friendly and helpfull. Metro is close, supermarkets are close, market close, cafes and restaurants close. I can recommend this apartment for 2 people

There is no microwave, and it was very important for us. Bed for 2 people is ok, but for us with a small child it was too small. Coffee machine was not working, but anyways there are a few amazing coffee places nearby, so it's a crime to drink coffee at home.

Facilities were exactly as per photos and so we were satisfied with the facilities in this 1 bedroom apartment. Bus stops for bus routes 72 and 15 were well accessible by walk and it took just 5-8minutes by walk especially 72 bus stop was quite convenient to reach through nearby tunnel as it covered the key city attractions. Apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and all the equipments(Washing machine, Dishwasher, Hair dryer, Kettle, TV, Refrigerator, Bathroom radiator and Bathroom water heater) were of good quality and were in working condition. Cleaning was also good and even the balcony was cleaned by the staff. Kitchen also had all the necessary utensils. There was also a nice small space in entrance for shoe rack, jacket hanger, small wardrobe where we also managed to park the kid stroller. Towels and blankets were also very clean. Kid’s cot was provided upon request which also served its purpose. Overall, we felt like being in home and we will definitely stay here next time as well.

Room cleaning was still under progress when we checked in by 3:30pm although the check in time was 3:00pm and also especially when the early check in request was not accepted. Cleaning staff were quite friendly and handed over the room in 20 minute time which was okay for us but when the staff is very strict in terms of check in time I think they should be prompt in delivering the room as per committed check in time. Messages sent through booking.com or urbanrent app were not replied before check in but I was able to call and get things clarified and so it is not a big deal for me.

Vandet i bruseren skifter konstant imellem alt fra 20-45 grader, så det er ikke særlig længe man bruger på at få en bad. Sengene og sovesofaen er meget hård, ligesom de fleste andre udlejnings steder i Budapest, så ser det godt ud, men bærer præg af at være lavet af ufaglærte arbejdere. Der bliver sparet på komforten og tingene ser mere prangende ud på billederne, end de er i virkeligheden. Når det er sagt, så har jeg oplevet at det er meget generelt for Budapest. På trods af det, så er jeg helt vild med at besøge Budapest og kunne godt finde på at leje denne lejebolig igen en anden gang.

New bulding close to Nyugati Train Station, on a quiet street. The apartment has windows and balcony with garden view. I was suprised to find 1 bathroom (without toilet) and a separate WC with sink. The master Bed is confortable, and the sofa also pretty comfortable for an adult, surely better for kids. The apartment does not have an AC unit mounted on the walls, but seemed chilled all the time. LIDL and SPAR are 10 mins away, also plenty of restaurants and coffe bars around. A Nesspresso machine with 2 capsules was provided and also a tab for the dish washer.
