1 roll of toilet paper, a/c not cold and apartment stuffy. Very poor communication to get entry code and door key. Stood outside 30 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to help. They only wanted to send instructions via email as I am standing there with no Wi-Fi or email connectivity. Almost went to Royal Crowne Hotel a couple of blocks down.

Comfortable apartment

Staff is bad at communication. You are required to download a third party app and enter information that Booking already had. When you contact staff, they take long to respond and say the third party app info is not considered. The apartment is not very noise proof, we could hear most of the sounds in the streets, but luckily it's not a very busy street most of the time.

It was an absolutely fantastic trip to Budapest. In the beginning of winter, with strong freezing wings, it was so comforting to get back to the clean and warm apartment, with everything you could imagine - great bed, fridge, toaster, induction cooker, oven, washing machine, hair dryer, internet access, coffee machine, electric kettle. (TV was also there but who has time for watching tv in Budapest?). :) We also got two towels for each of us, some cosmetics. Wow. Everything was clean and new, Host was really friendly and helped us with the check-in process. We could leave our belongings earlier than check-in time - thank you so much for that! After the whole night in the train it was great to finally leave all the things and start sightseeing.
