Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean spacious rooms. Excellent location within West Jerusalem's shopping district.

There was noone to help us call a cab so we had to carry out suitcases down a few blocks looking for a cab.

We were very pleased with our accommodations - the apartment was attractive, spacious & clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Unfortunately, the remote control in our apartment was broken so we were not able to watch T.V. This is a minor complaint but should be addressed.

The apartment is very well located. A couple of minutes from a light train station, a 15 minutes walk from the Jaffa Gate (in case one doesn’t want to ride the light train), the Mahane Yehuda Market (a cultural and eating experience) is literally around the corner. I wish the apartment had a dryer machine and there were instructions in English on how to operate the washing machine. The property owner offered to send somebody to show how the washing machine worked. Definitely a great place; I would be back!!!

Lovely welcome, great location, clean

Any accommodation provider should offer flow of hot water, the system of waiting for hot a basic hot shower for an hour is archaic, for us the system blew the fuse up so we were left with cold shower and no air con for an hour, we left the apartment when the the repairs were still not fixed, TV remote down button doesn't work, you provide tea/coffee facilities with no sugar or milk

"Great Location"

Spacious, especially big balcony. Comfortable and clean. Easy self check-in. Proximity to market and some excellent cafes and restaurants. Proximity to light rail and easy walk to Old City.

Noisy and dusty construction going on which made it difficult to sleep and enjoy the balcony. Small things like the iron which needs to be replaced and ironing board cover which was burnt ragged. A bit more generosity with laundry liquid and toilet paper would be appreciated. Hand towels and bath mat would also be appreciated. The cooktop was inconsistent and stopped working during meal preparation.
