"Definitely a nice quiet accommodation close to e everything"

The room could have been stocked with a couple extra comfort items. Extra sheets, toilet paper, garbage bags for cleaning up

"Would try another place if we were to visit again."

Location is good. Surrounded by cafes and shops. Very close to tram.

The bathroom had a mouldy smell. We booked for my wife and kids, but when we arrived the sofa wasn't made up. We needed to call them to come and prepare it. The air conditioning stopped working and started pumping out hot air on Saturday morning. I informed them at 8.15am. They organised a technician on Sunday morning after 10am. Thankfully they fixed it. The staff were very courteous throughout, but the apartment still didn't meet our expectations for the money we paid.

Easy walkable location.

Lots of confusion to check-in. The unit reserved & promised was still occupied when we got there! Manager had to find another unit at 11pm. There's extensive construction in the area. Finding the entrance to the parking lot around detours was very frustrating. There's also a lot of construction noise beginning at 7:00am. Pillows were sub-par. Suggest clarifying parking fee before arriving; it's not clear on the website that there is an extra charge.

Outstanding location

Apartment not serviced / cleaned during stay (only at extra cost) Apartment didn't have mechanism to block out light coming into bedrooms in early mornings. Water pressure not good Shower not good
