Very friendly stuff very knowledgeable ranger very good food great place to stay for families

The place is beautiful and serene. Truly one of the best game reserves if you want to wind dowm, detox from the busy city life, reconnect with nature and your loved one. The Staff and Rangers were friendly and always willing to help. Zandile and Yolande in particular were wonderful with the informative discussions. The dinners at the boma were intimate and delicious and truly you get great value for your money, it was just beautiful.

While I get that it is a bush getaway, the room and bathroom did have quite a lot of spider webs and spiders. Also not being informed beforehand that even though there is a minibar fridge in the room you cannot bring your own drinks or food as it is not self catering so would've preferred being told that beforehand.

The Reception Game Drive with Aubrey, he is very patient. We saw Big 4 from 5, Lion did not want to be seen Food from Dinner, Coffee before the Game Drive and Breakfast was awesome. The Bed was too Big for us, I missed My Wife, we only met in the wee hours. 😂🤣 Tranquility at its best. We definitely going back again and this time with more of our friends

Beautiful lodge with incredible potential if managed properly. Our driver, Zandile, was very knowledgeable and told us many things about nature that we didn’t know. She was always friendly and professional at all times. Both chefs, Johannes and Cornelius were very kind. Food was good, although not a big choice.

The staff, didn’t work together as a team. Our guide was accused that she didn’t report a sighting, while we were in the vehicle where she radioed all the other vehicles. At one stage we had to return to a sighting to show another guide who was allocated to an American where the exact spot was where we saw the cheetah. She explained the exact location but he expected her to turn around. It was as if we were less important. When we booked in the manager told us that a guide is allocated to only one family. The following day we had to share a vehicle and guide with another family. When checking out the lady told me I had to wait for the manager to return because she didn’t believe me when I showed her that I paid Booking.com. On the invoice it stated that the accommodation fee was still outstanding. I booked the all inclusive room but had to pay extra for drinks. I did asked beforehand what was included in the all inclusive package and got a message about the full boarding accommodation.

We enjoyed our stay all the staff members are welcoming and willing to assist.
