Everyhing was well planned from booking till departure seemless

Short stay

Peaceful, calm atmosphere, personal service. Knowledgeable game guides who ably also served as drivers/ chefs. No television ensured total relaxation and recharging the mind, body & soul.

The booking via "Touchdown" (their 3rd party service provider) was not effective (nobody returned our call), and we were forced to use Booking.com (which was flawless). We had to subsequently contact Touchdown to confirm booking for activities, and once again, there was no response. Menus were non-existent, which led to some 'discussions' prior to being served and when reviewing the charges on the invoice at check-out. The billing system appeared to be a manually operated affair at the time, which required a few 'adjustments' prior to the correct one being produced.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location, welcoming and really friendly staff, pleasant and clean rooms. The service was excellent and the food was good. The game drive was really good, our ranger Carmen was excellent. Thank you

The game drive left us in awe, with its breathtaking sights of the river , magnificent animals, and astounding scenery. The food served during the excursion was beyond exceptional, satisfying both our taste buds and our hunger. Overall, the experience was nothing short of stunning, with the combination of remarkable wildlife encounters and the natural beauty of the surroundings.
