Good location, friendly staff.

All pervasive smell of stale chip fat, even in room. Noisy single glazed windows. Continental breakfast very basic. Odd glazed bedroom door with net curtain a bit unsettling.

Friendly welcome made even better with a complimentary drink. Good that we were able to leave our bikes in the foyer.

Great location, the staff member who was helping with breakfast was very helpful. Good that TVs had YouTube on to keep the kids happy.

The family rooms not be at the top of the hotel, windows that actual shut properly so there was no noise, bed wasn't in great condition only had to roll over and it banged against the wall.

Very friendly staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome with a free drink voucher and helping us to store our bikes, and local knowledge about places to go. Our quad room was lovely - big and comfortable. The free continental breakfast was lovely but paid an extra £4 and upgraded to delicious cooked breakfast.

A little noisy through the night with seagulls and a few people walking past but they did leave us ear plugs! The shower lacked a bit of pressure but we were on the top floor. We booked three rooms and two had bathrooms on the corridor - we did know this in advance and this was reflected in the price.
