Very friendly Lovely breakfast Nice they have goodies on sale at the bar Beds were very comfortable and bathroom very clean and nice shower. Quiet street Cute doggy too 😆

It was hard to get parking directly outside the hotel but there is paid parking ( during day hours) around the hotel so we didn't have to walk too far.

Very welcoming on arrival, the rooms were spotless. Bedding and towels smell lovely and clean. Nice size room. There is a little shop area in the bar selling sweets etc for the kids, very good value and giant bags of sweets for £1. Breakfast was 10 out of 10. Nicely presented full English, cereals, toast, fruit etc. Lots of choice for us all. Really enjoyed the stay, will definitely return!

"Friendly and inexpensive"

A very friendly and welcoming B&B just down the road from the beach and about 15 mins walk (or 5 mins tram or bus ride) from the centre.
