INI had an awful stay at this hotel. During our stay, someone broke into our locked room and stole two watches, a ring, and perfume. We weren't careless—we had properly locked our room, but the hotel management refused to take responsibility. Instead, they blamed us for not using the room’s locker, as if it’s acceptable for someone to break into your room as long as you don’t use the locker! To make matters worse, the staff began racially profiling us, treating us as if we were to blame. They even called us cheap and hurled insults instead of addressing the issue professionally. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unacceptable. I am pretty sure the owner will respond to this by saying we are to blame and claim they have the "perfect system" in place. They’ll likely try to discredit our experience rather than at least acknowledge that something happened. The bare minimum you expect in a situation like this is a little compassion, but instead, all we got were racial slurs. Please do not stay at this property. The management is not humble, and they treat you like you don't belong there. While the property is beautiful, there’s no doubt about that, anyone who cares about basic security and privacy should definitely reconsider. Your personal belongings and dignity are at serious risk here. I have attached SS of chat with owner and if you wish to be treated like this at the end of your amazing dreamy Bali trip then by all means book your stay with Meranggi.

AULoved the quiet location, and the pool was lovely. Bathroom facilities were great as well. Loved having a tv as well.
Our villa only had small windows, which meant there wasn't a lot of natural light
ZALocation is quiet and peaceful. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The villas are beautiful and quaint. A truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.
There could be some more plug points in the room.

The water in the pond is blackish and koi's couldn't be appreciated. The toilet is outside and hrd yo go down night time.
