ESNo pudimos ni acceder, ya que al llegar al control de seguridad de la urbanización, la empresa Vesta no había enviado nuestros datos a la empresa de seguridad y no hubo manera de poder entrar. Les llamamos esperamos más de una hora y fue imposible acceder. Un desastre auténtico. Nos intentaron recolocar en otro sitio, lejos y sin los servicios que habíamos contratado. Un escándalo, no deberían anunciarse
Te piden tu documentación de antemano para que no hya problemas, se la mandamos por WhatsApp a un número de UK y por la super plataforma que presumen q tienen y no sirve de nada. Al que tiene que dejarte pasar en la puerta del compound no le llega y se acabó la broma. Llamamos a a booking y nos reembolsaron la eatancia

Some problems with the service include like the housekeeping is one in the week without changing bed sheets and towels and if you want to change it ,it will be charge for it and the free wifi is not working last day so I don’t like that and also there is no cleaning machine in the apartment they clean it by hand
