The managing company , I communicated with a lady named Mariz, she couldn’t accommodate us to keep only our bags till check in time abrupt in her response at first , making so many excuses later , we stayed on the street for 3 hours with our bags till check-in time , she didn’t send the code to get in the apartment for another hour after check in time , she didn’t answer her phone , didn’t answer messages on what’s app totally ignored us when I told her I was going to write a review about our experience instead of trying to make up for it Her manager tried to get in touch later but I couldn’t waste anymore energy or time trying to tell them how to do their job right The apartment itself is beautiful , location is great but the carpet (area rug) was so dirty and filthy The furniture is beautiful but have stains The beddings are dirty, pillows has no pillow cases The toiletries are so random one bathroom have some other have nothing I would not book there again the way it is
