Résidence Midi 33 - Bruxelles Midi

Did not receive checkin mail, no checkin instructions and did not receive any answers when messaging. Had to call them (but the numbers given were different between hotels.com and the signs on the building). Overall pretty stressful. The building was nice, and the overall look of the apartement was also good. But the bed was very worn out (could feel the springs in my back), the bath tub had no stopper so could only be used as a shower, a window was partially repaired letting a lot of noise in and the wifi did not work.

Bon emplacement et personnel accueillant et sympathique

Genel olarak güzeldi ama yatak pisti baya, ayna kırıktı, odada kettle yoktu, genel olarak çok temiz değildi ama idare eder.

It's a budget property, in a less than popular area, close the the midi station and a short walk to everything in the city centre. The out of hours arrangement was perfectly ok, though getting through the front door was challenging. All the icons were rubbed out, so makes it difficult to press the right keys, but they've promised to replace the key pad. Sadly the WiFi was none existent, pretty poor when all cafés and centres have copious WiFi in this developed city!! But sadly not at Smartflats Midi B! The rooms were clean, if a little cheerless, and came with all the necessary equipment. Only one lift out of four was operating, would have been scary if this one had gone down too. Not good really. The staff were friendly and courteous, but didn't seem to have "help" in their vocab, not an easy situation when there's no WiFi either..

Sitio limpio y bien ubicado.

Key pad (number 2 & 5) of the night entrance is not working properly. We cannot open the night entrance so we need to wait outside. We call the phone but nobody pick up.

Ben collegata al centro di Bruxelles, gli appartamenti sono arredati molto bene, ma il sistema per entrare è complicato e - al primo accesso - poco sicuro (le chiavi sono in delle buste accessibili a tutti). Pulizia da rivedere e vari difetti assurdi: frigo non funzionante, e questo è un problema enorme per un appartamento preso appositamente perché aveva la cucina, doccia che si intasa e puzza. Per sistemare ci hanno proposto di mandare un tecnico mentre noi eravamo ancora lì, con tutti i nostri oggetti in bella vista, assurdo.

Muy bonito el apartamento

Contexto: Estamos viajando y haciendo home office así que seleccionamos apartamentos con ciertas características. En este alojamiento el wifi no funcionó nunca durante nuestra estancia, la lavandería no funcionaba, de los 4 elevadores… 2 son para empleados, 1 está averiado y el otro además lo usa en personal de limpieza. Si quieres cocinar hay menos del 50% de los utensilios (solo teníamos 1 plato plano y ningún cuchillo de cocina). Además está sucio y lo peor es la actitud del personal. Espero que este comentario ayude a que mejoren
