Résidence Midi 33 - Bruxelles Midi

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement en raison de plusieurs problèmes majeurs : - **Fuite d'eau** persistante non résolue, entraînant une **hygiène douteuse** (moisissures, humidité). - **Pas de WiFi** disponible, et **réseau téléphonique inexistant**, rendant les communications impossibles.

The inside of the flat is nice, it’s very spacious so that was good. There were amenities like a fridge but no kettle/coffee machine. It’s a short enough walk to Midi station but it’s not an especially pleasant area. Close to the tube station to get further to the centre but we walked it and that was a short distance. Good if you need to be on that side of town.

The apartment was perfect for our Belgium trip. Only about 10 to 15 minutes from the city center of Brussels and a 10 minute walk to the train station Bruxelles-Midi, it was the perfect location for us. The bed was not the most comfortable one and the wifi wasn't working for our entire trip (we reported the problem and they said they were working on fixing it but it didn't work). For 1 1/2 days the elevator wasn't functioning and we had to take the stairs to the 5th floor, for us it wasn't a problem though but it might impose challenges for some. Other than that the price for the accommodation was really good for our needs, we liked it:)

Appartement fonctionnel à prix intéressant. Personnel réactif, disponible, et répond à toutes les questions. Dommage que cet établissement soit situé dans un endroit bruyant.

This place is terrible. Sure the room was spacious and it's located in a great city area but this place is god awful. Unless you're in a desperate situation go to another hostel in the city. This morning the elevator didn't work and I almost missed my ride. NOPE.

We stayed for 3 days in your hotel apartment. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, we were extremely disappointed with some major inconveniences: No internet throughout the entire stay — despite multiple complaints, the issue was never resolved. This disrupted our work and communication. Lift was under maintenance during checkout. We had to carry our kids and few bags down 10 floors by stairs, which was physically exhausting and unacceptable. We had paid extra expecting lift access and modern conveniences, which were not available when most needed. This is not the experience we expected for the price we paid. We request compensation for the lack of services — especially for: The non-functional internet (essential in today’s travel experience) The inconvenience and risk caused by lack of elevator service. Also, We could have missed our train to Amderdam. Please let us know how you plan to compensate for this unsatisfactory experience.

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans cet appartement et l’expérience a été très décevante. Séjour annoncé pour 4 personnes, mais pas de draps pour le canapé-lit, seulement 3 fourchettes, aucun couvert complet, et très peu de vaisselle. La propreté laissait à désirer et l’appartement est très mal isolé : nuisances sonores toute la nuit (sirènes, cris dans la rue...). Accès au parking très compliqué, nous avons dû appeler la police pour y accéder. Aucune communication directe avec l'hôtel, et pour couronner le tout, on nous a réclamé 40€ pour le parking alors que nous avions déjà payé. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

El check-in online es una pesadilla y es muy complicado ponerse en contacto con el hotel. Las habitaciones tienen muchas cosas defectuosas como el interruptor del baño, la mampara de la bañera o la televisión. Muy sucias. Te dicen que tienen Wi-Fi pero solo funciona en la zona de recepción. No lo recomiendo.
