Résidence Midi 33 - Bruxelles Midi

The suite itself is good, but it has not been maintained well. The tub/shower was all rusty and had side panels and nozzle pieces falling off. Water would leak and flood the entire bathroom floor. The suite had a double bed in the main bedroom; two singles in a smaller room; and a sofa bed in the living room. The suite itself was due for a deep clean, with some wall and sofa stains.

First impression was great. The unit is spacious and looks good but a lot of things was wrong in this place. Wifi and tv controller not working, leak on the bathroom, empty body wash bottle. Im so disappointed. Dont book here

There was no wifi. It ended up costing me a lot due to that fact. Made the end of travelling all day the coming back home a bit annoying.

Huge spacious apartment for 6 friends, came with a spacious balcony which made our trip as the sun was shining the whole time. Beds and towels were clean. 15 minute walk into the centre which we did not mind and used like scooters / just walked it. Extremely worth the price.

Appart correct ( nous ne nous sommes pas servis de la cuisine). Literie de bonne qualité. Par contre séjour de 3 nuits et pas d’eau chaude Échange par mails réactifs et sympathiques mais problème non résolu alors que signalé le premier jour. Heureusement qu’il ne faisait pas froid!

I like its location and size. The apartments have potential but unfortunately is not well clean or maintained. Wifi, TV or AC didn't work. The shower door was falling down and the bathtub had mold and a big brown stain. The property needs a lot of TLC and could be a great option.

The place was well located, close to a train station, which allowed us to travel around the city. There was a Brazilian market nearby, which was great, because we were able to buy a lot of things that we needed. It was also close to pizzerias and other restaurants, but be careful, the neighborhood didn't seem safe, it was dirty and had a lot of graffiti. The apartment is very large, all the rooms are big, it had a refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. What I didn't like was the mattress in one of the bedrooms, it was very uncomfortable, it was a spring mattress and it was sinking, which caused a lot of back pain. It seemed strange to me that a large place with everything you need would have a mattress in such poor condition. The cleaning wasn't the best either, the floor looked like it had been swept, but they didn't wipe it down with a damp cloth, so there was a lot of dust on the floor, it wasn't recommended to walk barefoot around the house.

Apartamento grande, confortável, com boa cama. Em questão de espaço, perfeito. Quando chegamos um dos elevadores parou de funcionar e quando saímos, 4 dias depois, ele estava ainda quebrado. Wi-Fi, TV e aquecedor, nenhum deles funciona!!! Importante saber! Limpeza não era das melhores, encontrei um pacote de camisinha aberto e havia cabelo na cama que não era nosso. Podia ter sido melhor.

Dommage l établissement est proche du centre et des lieux touristiques. L appartement est spacieux. Mais toujours pas de wifi. Les avis etaient déjà dans ce sens il y a un mois. Tringle à rideaux arrachée, les rideaux sont en boules dans le placard du bureau. Pas de cafetiere, télévision qui ne fonctionne pas. Lit de grande taille mais ressort du matelas défectueux.
