"Lovely time spent with family in a warm cosy cottage"

We loved the location as were staying n Barnard Castleto visit family. The cottage itself is amazing, beautiful furniture, lovely decor, the beds were comfy

Sadly the cleaning was below Satisfactory. We had planned to cook all our meals, spent a fortune on food however the kitchen was not clean, greasy plates and cutlery, cooker had not been cleaned at all which was disappointing. It felt like the entire cottage needed a deep clean. Having said that we adored the cottage and are already planning our next stay as I’m sure this was a one off
