Dear Staff. clean hotel. nice wellness

1. It is good that there is an indoor pool, but the water temperature is only lukewarm. It is not pleasant to be in it for more than a few minutes. It would be great if one could enjoy warm water while it is snowing outside. Not a cheap hotel. Why should you save on this? this is a bit disappointing 2. It would be nice if the wellness was open until 9

Perfect location, comfortable and spacious room, very nice staff.

The staff was so welcoming and service-minded through out the entire visit. Very nice room, excellent breakfast, SPA and gym that clearly exceeded our expectations.

sound-isolation between rooms and floors is nor bad but could be better.

We visited this hotel to enquire about booking the restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fabulous piano bar. The bar is well stocked, the bar manager Sylvio was friendly, polite, knowledgeable but also very professional. We loved listening to the pianist play - from 6:30 (each evening except Sunday) then after a break he also sang from 9pm. I would highly recommend. The restaurant had a good atmosphere & was busy when we visited. The staff were friendly, the food was good & plentiful and there was a good wine list. Would also recommend
