Staff were absolutely fantastic. Family owned and run. Spa is amazing, restaurant is simply the best in town, both breakfast and dinner didn’t disappoint with a varied and accommodating selection. Views from the room and the pool were incredible. There is a bike / ski room fitted out with the full range of park tools and a stand for building ! Will definitely return

I was raveling with friends on an MTB vacation around the dolomites of Italy. the views were amazing and having a top of the line spa to end our riding days, was more than we could ask for. I can't put my finger on something I couldn't get whenever i needed. the staff was very welcoming and helpful on all of the hotel's facilities. honestly I had nothing to worry about!

The property is recently renovated and absolutely beautiful with an amazing spa including indoor/outdoor pool. The restaurant is cozy and the breakfast fresh with the best omlettes you can imagine. The best thing though was the staff, Sally, Christian and Sylvario in the restaurant and at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Reception staff and owners were very helpful when we extended our stay at peak season - they managed to fit us in! I would highly recommend this property.

The stuff was amazing, so kind and welcoming. The hotel has it's unique wooden style, beautiful and makes it feel cozy. Hotel's spa is one of the best we've been at. Great location, right at the center, beautiful view. We really loved it, definitely will be back.

"At breakfast, you need to order coffee and the main dish from the waiter. The waitstaff is not prompt in attending, and sometimes they even ignore you. Periodically, the path to the outdoor pool was icy, requiring balancing on bare feet. Despite my complaints, the spa staff did not address the issue, acknowledging the danger of walking on ice. This, at least for me, is surprising in a hotel of this caliber. Although managers are trying to smooth things over, they seem to struggle in doing so."
