The room was fabulous and so central to everything. We even had a view of Mt Etna from the balcony, which we hadn't expected, and was a nice surprise. Comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend

Estadia excelente! Tudo foi muito bom: limpeza impecável, ótima localização, atendimento atencioso e muito conforto. Os quartos são novos e muito bem cuidados. Um destaque especial para o Sebastiano, que foi extremamente atencioso, sempre disponível para ajudar, resolver qualquer questão. Fez toda a diferença na experiência!

"Aufmerksame Betreuung in B&B im Zentrum von Syrskus"

Sebastian und die Mitarbeiterinnen waren hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert bei Fragen und kleineren Problemen. In jedem B&B gibt es Dinge zu erledigen, Geruch im Bad, Kaffeemaschine, schnelles Nachlegen von Brot, Käse ... beim Frühstück. Sebastian war sehr aufmerksam bei Informationen zur Anreise und höflichen Nachfragen zur eventuellen Hilfe. Die Lage ist sehr zentral auf der Ortegia und deshalb ist der touristische Lärm für ruhige Urlaubstage grenzwertig.

Das ist nur eine Feststellung: Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist zeitweise keine geordnete Unterhaltung möglich , eben wegen der zentralen Lage an der Magistrale.. Regelmäßige Kontrollen zum Zustand und der Funktionalität der Zimmereinrichtungen sind sicherlich zu empfehlen.

スタッフの方がWhatsappで到着前から応答してくれたおかげで、駐車場もEasyparkを使って無事に停めることができ、スムーズに宿に行くことができた。部屋はきれいで整っており、バルコニーが二つある一番大きなRoom3だったことはとてもよかった。メインストリートの真ん中にありロケーションも最高だった。朝食時には親切に話しかけてくれて気持ちよく過ごせた。朝入れてくれた生搾りのオレンジジュースはとても美味しかった。
