Great location to visit Ortigia. There is a lift, a balcony, small fridge, kettle. Welcome biscuits, room is clean. Tips for next teavelers: Note the codes in a paper (building and apartment door) cause if like me you go out and you phone dies on you, you will not be able to enter the apartment! Went in a bar to charge it to recover codes.

Before arriving, I received too many mails thru booking communication for parking and taxi fees offers despite saying I was coming with bus and did not need it. I found by myself how to reach the hotel as this question was not answered after asking twice and I give you the tip: from bus or train station take bus 106 (red buses at terminal bus station - 1,50 euros) it is a 10mn ride stop Corso Matteoti 7, 1mn walk from building. Note that there is a tax fee not communicated on booking.com reservation (it was mentioned in all over Sicilian hotels - B&B I booked - amount per day except this one). Here, it is 5 euros per night (most expensive of all trip, was between 2 and 3,5 in other cities) and it is the cleaning lady who informed me when I was leaving. I did not receive the check in or check out process via mail nor WhatsApp and had to WhatsApp to obtain codes when in building. So maybe the tax was mentioned in this non received process... Note also that there is no more breakfast on site despite the description on booking.com . Vouchers for a bar close by are given on arrival (1 hot drink, 1 cold drink, 1 pastry sweet or salty).

The property was in a perfect location, very central to everything. It was authentic, with beautiful balconies.

Está muy bien ubicado y la decoración es muy agradable, te hace sentirte muy a gusto. El personal estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades y fueron muy amables. Sin duda repetiré si vuelvo otra vez.

Det lå virkelig centralt og koderne til døren virkede som de skulle, nemt at finde. Dejlig lille balkon. Fint med køleskab.

Morgenmaden var 500 m. på en café, virkede fint men italiensk morgenmad med kaffe og noget sødt er for simpel til os. Meget lille værelse, håndklæder bliver skiftet hver 3 dag og ingen rengøring i de to dage vi var der. Havde som minimum forventet nye håndklæder uden at skulle betale ekstra for dem. Fint værten spørg om man er tilfreds men hvorfor først når man er tjekket ud 🤔 Og få dog renset afløbet i bruseren vandet er jo ved at løbe ud over kanten. Havde forventet mig mere og forventer ikke at komme igen. Er det hvad man får for pengene, så vil jeg næste gang ofrer noget mere for at få noget der er større, har nye håndklæder hver dag og lidt rengøring. Beklager nu kommer der lidt mere brok, men lad være med at sende en besked om at det er vigtigt at vi overholder tjekin tiderne, vi ankom 15 min, efter tjek in og værelset var ikke klar. Betød ikke noget men så bør man være varsom med at sende sådan en sms, så har det godt nok en negativ indvirkning, hvis man ikke selv formår at overholde tiderne.

We extremely high recommended the friendlyness of the owner! It was such a nice stay we could descover the whole city ortigia in just a few minutes! We would return certenly!

Die Lage ist perfekt. Alles super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ein schönes kleines geschmackvolles eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Frühstück gab es in ein nahe gelegenes Café. Parken könnten wir in einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz das für 2 Tage 30 € gekostet hat .

Schlechte Gerüche und wenig Anlagen im Bad . Hatten Zimmer zur Straße... deswegen etwas laut am frühen Morgen.
