"Simple and affordable pleasant place with good location."

Decent budget option five minute walk from the office centre of Cubao. Ideal if you just want to get some sleep and rest. Quiet street in what looked like a good neighbourhood.

For the money nothing could have been better, no toilet or sink in the room but at that price I'm not complaining. No lift if you're disabled or can't lift your luggage.
