I enjoyed leaving the hotel

they took advantage of my arrival with the typhoon and scammed me I booked a room with a private bathroom. no private bathroom room on the first floor with shared bathrooms and showers on the ground floor without hot water. to be precise none of the rooms have a private bathroom my room was supposed to have a large bed but it was two small mattresses there should have been a fan but it was missing my room should have been for smokers but this was not the case very dirty floors and walls I'm very disappointed

The location is convenient and the airconditioner worked well.

During booking, it said that there is a private comfort room for each room but it wasn't actually the case. No room had its own comfort room. The room I got was facing the main road and the blinds didn't completely cover the whole window. The communal shower always had a lot of hangers hanging near the door, the staff doesn't regularly clear the hangers in the shower. The toilet in the toilet room is also too close to the door, the toilet room in general is just too small. The staff did not regularly take out the trash in the toilet room as well. I also booked two rooms, but when we arrived the staff insisted I just booked one since I only registered one name for both bookings. I had to show them the email from Booking that explicitly said that I booked two rooms. The bed sheet had very visible stains on them.

Bed was comfortable, AC worked well

Bathrooms were disgusting, and I booked a private room with a bathroom but when I got there they told me there were only shared bathrooms…which they obviously didn’t keep clean. Also said there would be wifi but it didn’t work the whole time I was there

The staff were friendly

Cleaness toilets and bathroom smelling urine not clean l was disappointed
