Really overpriced. For that price I expect more than a toilet without a real door

The room was amazing, a modern twist on original Japanese rooms.

Location was great, the room was exceptional, and the shower was probably my favorite feature!

施設、設備自体は新しく清潔感があり快適ですが、今回は床（カーペット）の清掃が不十分でした。 ラウンジにはスナックとドリンクがあり、無料で楽しめますが、朝食があれば、より満足度が高い宿泊になったと思います。 フロアごとの客室が少ないので、静かでゆっくり過ごせる環境だと思います。交通の便もよく、旅行には適していると思います。 あとは個人的な希望ですが、ワークデスクがあればいいなと感じました。

Location was good and the room was clean and tidy but the wooden floor was noisy with every step.

Location was great - far enough away from the glitzy main station area but close enough. Room was well appointed but a little small. We had 3 suitcases which was a squeeze to accommodate comfortably. The breakfast /snacks were disappointing, but the location is surrounded by hundreds of bars/cafes/restaurants of all types within easy walking distance. It's a good hotel option for being in downtown Fukuoka.

Very good service from staff in helping arrange baggage transport shopping delivery while we left and returned a week later.
