Acorn Lodge Gatwick

If you are taking a trip from Gatwick, I can highly recommend Acorn Lodge. The room was clean and tidy on our arrival, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast that was made available at 5AM was just enough to start our day. What made the stay even better was the shuttle bus service. £10 is a bit of a bargain, when you consider a taxi is almost double that at £19. Plus with very reasonably priced daily parking rates also offered, it is definitely worth booking a stay here. We would definitely consider using Acorn Lodge again. Thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and tidy excellent breakfast.

The room was a lot smaller than it looked in the picture. No AC and the room was very uncomfortably hot. Room was a little janky and things kept falling apart

set of bunkbeds were unstable, shaky and scary. The whole hotel smelled strange. The coffee maker was broken. Yeah. The atmosphere was claustrophobic. Definitely had more of an Indian feel than British.

Good price, close to the airport

We had a one night stay before a flight out of Gatewick. Staff are so helpful. Room is basic but it has all you need for one night. It has a great restaurant downstairs.

The highlight here is dinner (or any meal) at the Indian restaurant on the premises. Soooo good! Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast had lots of choices. Quiet room and conveniently near the airport with a shuttle for £10 shared by 2-3 people.

check in person was ok, when I went to ask a question he was a bit rude. Breakfast was simple but ok. restaurant (Indian) evening meal was very good. would definitely eat there again. walk from airport was ok (25 min ish) room ok, bus stop near by, felt safe would stay again
