Ver nice staff and breakfast. Bed was great

Where should I start? I sent several emails to confirm the shuttle service but the hotel did not respond until 3 days later when I was in transit and had no wifi. I was left in the cold at midnight with my young son to fetch a bus from Gatwick. Luckily it is in close proximity to the airport. Additionally, the carpet in the room was wet. I was highly annoyed but at that hour, I just wanted to sleep and leave. The free breakfast was trash. And I almost broke my neck on the very narrow staircase.

Comfy room, great breakfast, nice staff, close to Catwick with shuttle. Unbeatable at the price.

My room was at the front and ground level, the window would not shut completely and the site is on a busy main road leading to Gatwick. A different room or possibly a window which shut, would have given a better rating as eveything else was good.

This location is very convenient. Friendly, professional and courteous staff. Room is well kept, comfortable bed with extra pillows. Big bathroom. Great experience, highly recommended.

After a long haul flight from Australia. We chose the acorn lodge for its closeness to the airport. The staff are lovely the restaurant is great and the Indian food and menu is amazing. Was such a great find. Highly recommend.

Very good hotel and looks like it has been recently upgraded. Friendly check in offering discounted food and a bar but no mention that they cannot sell alcohol? It would have been nice to have known in advance.

Everything was great and the staff are very polite. Very close to the airport too. Definitely we will book it again.

Hotel was fine, Indian food was excellent and the airport transfer was on time and the driver very polite and helpful
