Loved the location. LOVED all of the condo staff. However, our condo itself… we received ONE roll of toilet paper expected for three people for 7 nights, only 1 roll of paper towels, no one ever came to clean or bring fresh towels… we were only given 3, one for each of us for the whole 7 days. That being said, anytime we needed to clean, we HAD to use one of our own shower towels and then it’d obviously be dirty. In all, the worst experience of this was that the owner NEVER replied to a single text or call. I tried all 3 different numbers, called many of times, sent many texts, multiple times a day, and they just never cared to reply. This was especially needed because the breaker kept going out… leaving us with a fridge that didn’t work, no AC, and no lights. Luckily, without the help of the owner what so ever, we were able to fix it each time. But this would happen a minimum of once a day and at one point wouldn’t turn back on for an entire hour which we were worried ruined all of the food we spent hundreds on in the fridge. The staff in the condo can’t give you any supplies or even help with anything like the breaker, because each condo has a private owner. In all, great place, HORRIBLE private owner. Therefore, my rating on our experience with the owner and our room would be zero stars. But I gave two stars ONLY for the staff because they were amazing, and for the great location.

Excellent place to stay. Felt at home. Quiet area and a few steps from Quinta Avenida. I highly recommend it! I would stay here again

Cheap property. There were bed bugs, cockroaches, but that is expected. However, it was never mentioned that the pool was closed for "maintenance" and there should be compensation for the false advertising. We booked this place because we were excited for the pool mostly and it was not available and it was never noted to us prior to booking

El departamento limpio y funcional. No estaba habilitada la piscina y no nos avisaron a tiempo porque la idea era vacacionar ir a la playa pero también disfrutar de la alberca. El estacionamiento es en la calle y cuesta $10 la hora de 10 am a 10 pm. Nos dieron una pulsera que no cerraba y la chica nos dijo que no era necesaria para ingresar. Resultó al salir la encargada nos quería cobrar $200 a cada uno por no traer la pulsera, luego de 8 días de estadía que nunca nos dijeron que era requisito para el check out. La zona es tranquila. A media calle de la quinta avenida. Todo estaba en buen estado. Comunicarse con la administración no fue fácil porque los mensajes aparecían con una sola palomita. No sabías si te leía o no. Las almohadas son muy incómodas y el colchón no en tan buenas condiciones. Pero en general es un lugar bueno para quedarse.
