Ceren Luxury Apartments by Spot Rentals

I’m very disappointed with my stay here. I payed extra to have the room with a pool and it was covered in algae and there were multiple things floating on top, it was so bad we couldn’t use it. On top of that, the rooftop pool was closed during our entire stay so we had no access to any pools. The bathroom in the bedroom smelt like sewage. The bedroom ac unit was broken so we had to sleep on the pullout couch (don’t even get me started on the back pain from doing this). The dishes were covered in dust. The apartment made you wear wristbands for no apparent reason. On the bright side, the apartment is very modern and the area was fantastic and safe! But please stay at another place and save yourself the money/ headache.

It was a great place , my only fault is the roof top pool was closed and it was super hot and that was the one thing I was looking forward to , but other then that the place was great !

Excelente todo !!. la zona muy tranquila y silenciosa a pesar de estar a una cuadra de la quinta avenida y a dos cuadras de la playa !! Te sientes como en tu casa ,equipadicimo el apartamento . Los pocos detalles que uvieron no fueron culpa del arrendador . Volvería con mucho gusto

Room was extremely spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and staff were helpful. Location was great, very close to beach and 5th avenue all walkable. Area felt safe and had good amenities close by making it a very convenient location. Price point was affordable.

Plunge pool on our terrace was very dirty, with stagnant water and not usable. Rooftop pool was closed for maintenance during our entire trip and this was not communicated to us prior to our stay which was very disappointing as it would have really enhanced the stay and was a key reason for booking this apartment. Room was not cleaned for duration of 4 night stay.

Llegamos y barrimos y se veai mucha arena, la cama estaba con tierra en general la propiedad esta bien ubicada y las amenidades super bien! Solo el punto de barrer antes de entrada de nuevos vlientes pu to de mejora

excellent in every category except not all workers communicated in English and parking sucked because it was only meter-pay parking. Location is perfect because beach is about 3 blocks away and 5th Street starts at the end of the block, which is perfect for tourist venue/shopping/eating.

Overall good, pool and spa, decoration good, however no shampoo or hand soap provided, light switch next to the bed doesnt work properly, some of the wall plugs doesnt work either, too many light switches and none of them are identified. Parking not provided so you need to pay for the parking during the day. I stayed 4 nights and there was no housekeeping service provided.
