ואו איזה מלון אהבנו הכל!!! מהשירות הנדיר עד האוכל והפסיליטיז הארוחת בוקר בחדר הבריכה הכל!!!! פשוט מושלם

אין אזורי עישון רק מחוץ למלון וזה קצת הקשה וגם שלא ניקו כל יום את הרום סרוויס שמנו את זה במקום המיועד ולא לקחו את זה במשך כמה ימים וזה ממש הסריח כבר

The service was amazing, the rooms were clean! And fresh, I needed help with medical, and Bonafacio from the security team came to my room every day and cleaned my wounds and bandaged me up. Our VIP host Karina was amazingly helpful! Araceli from the lobby bar was on point and with first class service!
