L’emplacement, la propreté de la chambre, la literie était confortable.

Je déconseille les chambres au rez de chaussée car c’est près de l’accueil et sa résonne. Trop de bruit. Chambre bizarre car la douche donne dans la chambre. Il faut traverser la chambre pour aller au lavabo. Ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner proposé, c’est de l’arnaque. Cet établissement est surcôté.

Die absolut perfekte Unterkunft für Matera. Mirella und Anna die besten Gastgeberinnen, die man sich wünschen kann. 👍Direkt gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich ein Parkhaus und in ca 2 mMinuten hat man die besten Sehenswürdigkeiten vor sich👍 wir würden wieder diese Unterkunft wählen👍

Les équipements neufs, la propreté, la proximité des sites à visiter.

La présence d’un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre mais qui n’était pas en état de fonctionnement. Dommage car il est agréable de pouvoir conserver de l’eau fraîche en cas de fortes chaleurs.

Een schone en moderne kamer met airco en een prima douche. Kamer niet heel ruim (schuin dak) maar verder niets op aan te merken. Parkeren aan de overkant in de parkeergarage. 2 dagen voor 29 euro. De host spreekt geen Engels, maar met de vertaal app is het prima te doen. Al met al een prima verblijf en op korte loopafstand van de oude stad zelf.

Ontbijt in het naast gelegen (10 meter lopen) gebouw is een beetje karig en eenzijdig.

Gute Lage

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs und haben die Unterkunft gebucht, da in der Beschreibung stand es gäbe ein Futon Bett für die dritte Person. Vor Ort stellte sich leider heraus, dass es sich dabei um einen Klappsessel handelt. Bei dem Preis von 170€ pro Nacht finde ich das sehr frech. Auf Rückfrage hin, wurde uns dann mehrmals versichert der Klappsessel sei sehr bequem. Alternativ könnten wir aber für weitere 115€ eine Suite buchen. Ich rate von einer Buchung ab, sucht euch lieber eine der vielen Höhlenünterkünfte. Die sind billiger, vermutlich besser und man hat direkt noch ein cooles Erlebnis dabei! Woher die zahlreichen positiven Bewertungen kommen, kann ich mir nicht erklären.

Accueil chaleureux Propose un plan de la ville et quelques explications. Pris un RdV pour nous pour une visite guidée de la ville en français. Jour de départ, gardiennage de nos bagages jusqu'à 15h. Espace détente apprécié.
