Location was excelent

Room, facilities, sanitary. There ws aaa big difference between the photos placed in booking.com and the reality.

The only good thing it has is that it is in the city centre. Nothing else

First of all, the room was disgustingly DIRTY. The bed blanket had a brown stain (picture attached), there was lint on the floor, the sofa was dirty and old, and the worst of all is that the room was full of FLIES. The woman at the reception desk justified this saying it was NORMAL because there were restaurants on the street below (? The floor of the shower was disgusting, we didn´t even wanted to step on it. Adding to this, we had payed the reservation online. When we arrived at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay the taxes (12€) with the same card I used to pay for the online reservation. As i didn´t have it physically, they made me pay the whole reservation again (120€) saying they would return the online payment money at check out... I have received the money one month later.... The attention i have received in this place is terrible. They shouldn´t be able to call themselves a hotel, they don´t care about their clients having a good experience. The last thing i have to add is that at night, when we were sleeping, we woke up because someone was trying to open our room door with some keys, but they couldn´t because we had left our keys in the lock, we got really scared, we didn´t feel safe in this hotel.

Ghinionul nostru a fost acela ca am innoptat acolo fix in ziua in care echipa de fotbal a avut un meci in urma caruia a ramas in Seria A. Astfel, suporterii au inceput sarbatorirea acestui moment, pe la 12 noaptea, intr un mod deranjant, pentru noi, care avusesem o zi plina. Initial nu am stiut ce se intampla, erau niste bubuituri (petarde) si tipete, care dadeau senzatia ca incepe vreo rascoala, ceva.

logement inaccessible en voiture; nous avons tourné en rond pendant une heure pour terminer dans un parking tres cher à 10minute à pied du logement petit déjeuné léger dans un bar à 5 minute a pied de notre chambre... tres difficile de trouver notre gite car l'affichage est succinct ;difficile de se faire ouvrir en arrivant: heureusement d'autres occupant de l'immeuble sont passés apres 1/4 d'heure d'attente, car sans eux nous aurions ete obligé des rester longtemps dans la rue ;

Poca chiarezza sui pagamenti. L'indirizzo di booking non è quello reale: la struttura si chiama Mirage in realtà. Scarsa pulizia, infissi pessimi, TV rotta, colazione ridicola (caffè e cornetto al McDonald's, quindi se sei diabetico o a dieta ti arrangi).
