The design of the hotel, the location, the staff was also pretty nice.

The swimming pool was extremely cold, it was impossible to use it. Just two quite flat pillows for two guests. Room service food was below average (but people responsible for room service were absolutely sweet!). The guy who was frying eggs during the breakfast was using his phone instead of cooking, so we felt like we were really making him work. The bar on the roof was working till 20:00.

Room was ridiculously cheap for us when looking at the great rooms and the pool that this hotel has to offer, off-season I guess.

Everything more than fine, but breakfast could have had a bite more to choose from.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff is very attentive and polite. Spa salon on the 20th floor is beautiful. The view is great. The pool is spacious. The room itself was big and nice, the bed was good

Location and design of the rooms were a big plus. Incredible view from the rooftop pool. Partial sea view from the room. Comfortable beds. No bugs or mold.Kind staff.

Pool is very cold when it’s windy in the afternoon. Breakfast buffet is lacking vegetarian options and signs to actually tell what the foods are. Not helpful for dietary requirements or allergies. Breakfast room is loud and uncomfortable. No alternative milks for coffee. Rooftop bar is permanently closed - which is a big shame and we weren’t informed about it at all. Room is clean for the eye but when you walk barefoot you get back feet and you shouldn’t look under the bed….
