Grand Tourane Nha Trang Hotel

The location of the hotel is great! And the view from our window as well. We liked a big variety of food for breakfast and the rooftop pool.

Sometimes staff in the corridor were very noisy. Towels and bathrobes were dirty. We had old, worn flip-flops in our room

This hotel was just perfect. The beds were so good, there were a lot of options for breakfast, the staff was very helpful, the location was nice, the shower was very good and the pool was just amazing.

Our stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The 360-degree rooftop pool was absolutely stunning — offering incredible panoramic views of the city, especially at sunset. It was the perfect place to relax. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We had an early departure one morning, and they kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast for us, which was both delicious and very much appreciated. Overall, the combination of beautiful amenities and exceptional service made this one of the best stays of our trip. Highly recommended!

It's actually a very good hotel for the price. Very friendly staff, they were ready to help from the beginning to the end of the arrival,the cleanliness in the rooms and in general in the hotel is very good. It is worth noting the kitchen, there are many types of food, fruits and drinks for breakfast. The pool is also very nice, with a beautiful view, it's a pity I didn't have time to visit the SPA, I'm sure everything is fine there too. I will recommend it, thank you for a good hotel and good luck to all the staff.

Breakfast was good. Location was nice, only short walk to the beach. Room big and clean, staff very friendly.

No shade at the pool area, which is at the roof top so there was no escaping from the sun. Only possible to stay there in the morning before the sun, in the evening after the sun goes down. There were only a few chairs without any cushions so it was very uncomfortable. Wifi didn’t really work at the pool area or the sky bar.

Lovely hotel. I was unwell through my stay and the staff were helpful in organising taxis, extending our stay etc. Beautiful rooftop infinity pool. would definitely recommend.
