Loved all of it as it was just like the photos. The terrace with a view was larger than I thought The decor makes you feel on holiday. Being in the old town was a plus as its a must see to anyone visiting. Was left a little welcome pack which was unexpected. Would return tomorrow if i could

pillow. Good quality just I prefer firmer but you can please everyone.

Location was excellent as was the interaction and communication with the staff. Very clean. I would happily stay here again.

It was a little small, especially for the price. Opening most of the cupboards and wardrobes necessitated moving something else. People of a large stature would struggle. Big bed dominated main bedroom which left little space around it but then prefer that to smaller bed with more space around the bed.

We loved everything about the Garden View apartment and had such a relaxing, comfortable stay. All of the facilities are so modern and functional and the bed was amazing! The showers were also powerful and very hot. The location is also perfect - within walking distance of the old quarter, the tram and the beach. If we were ever lucky enough to be back in Altea we would 100% rebook.

The facilities list a tumble drier, however, our apartment had no washing machine / tumble dryer but a clothes airer was available. Not a big deal for us but might be worth noting if a longer stay was intended.

Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable. Great communication the host before arrival. They told us when the apartment was ready, and we were able to enter before the official check in time. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The air condition is only in the living room, but we felt that this was an advantage since the bedroom was cold without having the disadvantage of an air-conditioned blowing directly on you. Very comfortable and large bed.

Would have liked more towels.

There was a communication oversight whereby both numbers were were given were totally uncontactable for over 30 hours prior to our arrival. I booked a self catering apartment on the assumption there would be a washing machine but this wasn’t the case… maybe I should have checked first. One of the bathroom sinks was falling off the walls. The pictures of Jo Maline toiletries in the ad are misleading. There was generic shampoo and shower gel - no conditioner..

We loved virtually everything. Entry to the building was easy. With the exception of a microwave, everything we needed in the kitchen was there. The welcome pack was very thoughtful and useful. The soundproofing made for a delightful night's sleep. The rooms were spacious. There was even a small balcony with seats and table. There was a very nice tapas bar on the corner 1 minute walk from us! Lily kept in contact with us and was super friendly and helpful.

Parking was difficult but we eventually found carparking at 15 euros per day relatively near by. The walk up to the accommodation from the beach was quite strenuous for me. It would be noticeably easier during cooler weather. Initially I had trouble understanding the instructions for using the hob, but that was probably ignorance on my part.
