Teníamos el apartamento que está en el sótano. A pesar de que tiene dos ventanas a la calle, es oscuro por la ubicación. Lo que menos me gustó es el olor a humedad del apartamento. Creo que no puede tener ese precio con esas condiciones. Imagino que otros apartamentos estarán mejor. Por otro lado no iba el aire acondicionado (hacía ruido la bomba de extracción) y el ventilador de techo no tenía mando por lo que tampoco iba. Lo dijimos a los del hotel que gestionan también el apartamento y nos ubicaron esa noche en el hotel. Al día siguiente nos compraron un ventilador y pudimos dormir bien sin calor.

El apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta, en pleno centro de Altea y a 5 minutos andando de la playa. Además es moderno, limpio y bien aprovechado.

El sofá cama del salón no es cómodo, el toldo de la terraza estaba roto y había una pequeña sombrilla en sustitución,y en días calurosos en el dormitorio de la litera se echa de menos un ventilador. El precio es alto.

El apartamento es precioso. No puede estar mejor situado. En el centro pero sin el barullo del mismo. Tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar en cuanto a menaje, vajilla, baño .... Está cuidado al detalle. La comunicación con ellos ha sido excelente todo el rato. Ojalá volver pronto.

Decor was gorgeous & perfect location

The sheets smelt and the sofa bed was broken so we couldn’t use it. Also the fan in the bedroom was making a strange noise and kept me awake all night

Very nice place, with huge rooftop terrace and incredible views. Enormous fridge. Bed and linens were amazing. Gosh, those linens were really fantastic. 2 terraces plus rooftop terrace. The host left some food for breakfast, and coffee. Kettle available for tea. Great location, not a steep street, easy to find. 2 convenience stores nearby to shop for food and even fresh fruit. No noice disturbance whatsoever. The flat is not big, but enough for 2 people. There is another room, with bunk beds, for kids. We liked it.

Not that it was a problem, but there is no AC in the bedroom. We left the AC, located in the living room, on and it was fine. Putting this info for those, who really need an AC in the bedroom, especially in the hot summer nights. The couch needs to be changed, it seems old and it was not comfortable. I am sorry, just our opinion.

All the extras like coffee, sugar, oil, cereals, milk, jams, shampoo and body wash. The beds are big and comfortable. The property is well decorated. Entry is simple and straightforward. The hosts are very thoughtful and approachable.

Parking is not easy. The roads are steep.

Fabulous location, beautiful roof terrace and high quality furnishing and decor. Stylish and comfortable furnishings.

The description did not make it clear that there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot in June., this made it difficult to sleep. The fan in master bedroom did not work and we asked for this to be checked and did not hear from the management. The second bedroom has small bunkbeds which are not ideal for adults and this should perhaps be made clear on the description and the room looked larger in the photo.

The biggest plus of the flat is its location - you can actually sleep without earplugs (travelled in June). Super comfy bed and pillows.

Communication was a bit off when asking if the flat is available for the next few days as there was no response. Suggestion: a yoga mat or some spices in the kitchen would have been amazing.
