Clean and very friendly staff

The staff are friendly and courteous. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, i got value for money.

The hotel staff were friendly, kind and welcoming to me and my guests. In my exchange with them, I felt quite comfortable, safe and well taken care of. Obi, on airport transfer, was a very calm and welcoming presence to be received by on arrival in Nigeria. Lydia and Kelvin at the front desk did an excellent job throughout, from welcoming me to supporting me with liaising with management; great knowledge of amenities and seamless sorting out of the extension of my stay. The restaurant staff as well, gentle and kind in how they attended to me and my guests as we worked through the menu; patient when they knock on the door for room delivery; sweetly buzzing my intercom reminding me that breakfast is about to end if I was yet to order my complementary breakfast. The security, laundry staff and other support staff were also very timely and professional in the delivery of their duties. Everyone there listens. They really listen and they deliver. There was an unmistable air of everyone being interested in my comfort and those of the other guests. It is hard to not feel secure and happy when there is a gentle and polite assurance from the team on ground.

I had a great and peaceful time at Aveon.
